---++ Crock Pot Loaded Mashed Potatoes
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1/2 lb bacon, diced
   * 2 garlic cloves, minced
   * 3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and diced
   * 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
   * 1 c sour cream
   * 1/2 c (1 stick) butter, cut into chunks, at room temperature
   * 1/2 c chicken stock
   * 1/4 c whipping cream
   * 3 c shredded sharp cheddar
   * 4 scallions, thinly sliced
   * 1 tsp salt
   * 1/2 tsp pepper
   * 1/2 tsp garlic powder
   * 1/2 tsp onion powder
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Brown the bacon in a Dutch oven over medium-high, about 5 minutes.  
   1. Add garlic, reduce heat to medium, and cook 1 minute.
   1. Place mixture into the slow cooker. 
   1. Add remaining ingredients.  Stir to combine.
   1. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours.  
   1. Let rest 10 minutes.
   1. Stir and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
