---++ Crock Pot Sweet Potatoes
---+++ INGREDIENTS
---++++ Base
   * 2 29-oz cans sweet potatoes
   * 1/4 c softened butter
   * 2 Tbsp white sugar
   * pinch of salt
   * 2 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
   * 1 Tbsp orange juice
   * 2 large eggs
   * 2 tsp vanilla
   * 1/2 c milk
---++++ Topping
   * 3/4 c chopped pecans
   * 2/3 c brown sugar
   * 1/4 c all-purpose flour
   * 1 tsp vanilla
   * 1/4 c melted butter
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. USE A LINER
   1. Drain sweet potatoes.  Place in large bowl with butter, sugars, salt and orange juice.
   1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
   1. Pour eggs, milk and vanilla into big bowl.
   1. Beat together until smooth.
   1. Put mixture in lined crock, smooth the top.
   1. In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients.  Spread evenly on top of sweet potatoes.
   1. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
