Crockpot Reuben Dip

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb corned beef, chopped
• 1 can sauerkraut, drained and snipped
• 1-1/2 c shredded Swiss
• 1 c thousand island dressing
• 3 oz cream cheese, cut up
• 1 Tbsp horseradish
• 1 tsp caraway seeds
• Rye crisp bread or rye crackers

PREPARATION

1. in 4-qt slow cooker, combine ingredients.
2. Cover and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours
3. Stir before serving.
4. Serve with rye crisp bread or rye crackers
