Curried Butternut Squash

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 butternut squashes, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp EVOO
  • 2 tsp jar garlic
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c water
  • pinch cayenne

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure squash is completely coated.
  2. Transfer to the slow cooker, cover, cook on low 5-6 hours.
