Curried Butternut Squash
INGREDIENTS
2 butternut squashes, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp EVOO
2 tsp jar garlic
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 c water
pinch cayenne
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure squash is completely coated.
Transfer to the slow cooker, cover, cook on low 5-6 hours.
