French Onion Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless pork chops
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg stuffing for chicken
1.5 c hot water
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
PREPARATION
Cook chops and onion in mondo skillet on medium-high for 8 minutes; turning chops and stirring onions after 4 minutes.
Remove chops from skillet (they will NOT be cooked)
Cook onions 5 minutes or until golden.
Stir in Worcestershire. Return chops to skillet, spoon onions over chops.
Combine stuffing mix and water; spoon around edge of skillet.
Top chops and stuffing with cheese.
Cover; cook until pork is 145 (about 5 minutes)
Remove from heat; let stand 3 minutes before serving.
