Garlic Sherry Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless
  • 1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp jar garlic
  • 1/2 c sherry
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Put chicken in slow cooker, sprinkle with salad dressing mix, salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Pour soup over chicken.
  3. Cover, cook on LOW 7 hours.
  4. At the seven hour mark, heat garlic, sherry, cream cheese and sour cream in small saucepan until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and cook an additional 45 minutes.
