General Tso's Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut in 1" chunks
  • 3 Tbsp jarred garlic
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 2 tsp dried ginger
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  • 2 16oz pkg stir-fry veggies

Preparation

  1. Put chicken in the bottom of the crock.
  2. Add garlic, brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, red pepper
  3. Toss to coat chicken evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low 5/6 hours.
  5. Add veggies. Cover and cook for an hour on High.
  6. Serve over brown rice.
