German Pork Roast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can sauerkraut with caraway seeds
  • 1 pork roast about 2-1/2 lbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp dijonnaise
  • 1 c beer

PREPARATION

  1. Place sauerkraut in crock.
  2. Salt and pepper pork; spread with dijonnaise
  3. Place roast on sauerkraut.
  4. Pour beer over all.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  6. Slice and serve with sauerkraut
