German Pork Roast
INGREDIENTS
1 can sauerkraut with caraway seeds
1 pork roast about 2-1/2 lbs
salt
pepper
2 Tbsp dijonnaise
1 c beer
PREPARATION
Place sauerkraut in crock.
Salt and pepper pork; spread with dijonnaise
Place roast on sauerkraut.
Pour beer over all.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Slice and serve with sauerkraut
