Ginger Peach Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 breasts or 4 thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12-oz bag frozen peach slices
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp coriander

PREPARATION

To Freeze

  1. Label gallon bag.
  2. Place ingredients in bag.
  3. Freeze flat.

To Cook

  1. Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Pour into slow cooker.
  3. Cover, cook on LOW 8 hours.
  4. Serve with rice.
