Greek Shredded Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 1/2 c kalamata pieces
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1.25 c water
  • 1/4 c crumbled feta

PREPARATION

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker
  2. Season with seasonings.
  3. Top with onion, olives, lemon juice, and water.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.
  5. Transfer chicken to large bowl and shred.
  6. Return to crock.
  7. Serve with slotted spoon.
  8. Serve over rice or orzo.
