Greek Spinach and Feta Pie
Ingredients
2 pkgs frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed |
1 c. crumbled Feta cheese (4 oz) |
8 scallions, sliced |
1 c. baking mix |
1-1/3 c. milk |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
4 eggs |
Heat oven to 400. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Stir together spinach, cheese and onions in pie plate
Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with whisk until well-blended. Pour into pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
