*Greek Spinach and Feta Pie*

Ingredients
| 2 pkgs frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed |
| 1 c. crumbled Feta cheese (4 oz) |
| 8 scallions, sliced |
| 1 c. baking mix |
| 1-1/3 c. milk |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1/4 tsp pepper |
| 4 eggs |

Heat oven to 400.  Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.  Stir together spinach, cheese and onions in pie plate

Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with whisk until well-blended.  Pour into pan.

Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
