---++ Hawaiian Pork and Pineapple Salad
---+++ INGREDIENTS
---++++ Dressing
   * 2 cloves minced garlic
   * 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
   * 1/4 c lime juice
   * 1/2 c EVOO
   * salt
   * pepper
---++++ Salad
   * [[PolynesianBBQRub][Polynesian Barbecue Rub]]
   * 3 lbs pork tenderloin or 3 lbs of chops
   * 4 Tbsp EVOO
   * 3 c diced fresh pineapple
   * 2 avocados, peeled and diced
   * 1 head red cabbage, thinly sliced
   * 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated and sliced
---+++ PREPARATION
---++++ Dressing
   1. Whisk together dressing ingredients or blend with blender.
---++++ Salad
   1. Rub pork with rub.  Let rest ten minutes.
   1. Brush pork with EVOO and broil or fry until cooked.
   1. Let rest 10 minutes, then slice.
---+++ For dinner salad
   1. In large bowl, toss ingredients together.
   1. Serve at room temperature.
---+++ For mason jar salads
   1. Layer as follows:  pineapple, avocado, pork, cabbage, lettuce.
   1. Put dressing in a separate cup.
