Jello Mousse

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg jello
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1/2 c cold water
  • 1/2 c heavy cream

PREPARATION

  1. Add boiling water to powdered jello in 4-c measure
  2. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Add cold water and heavy cream.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour into ramekins
  6. Chill.
