Brown ground beef in mondo skillet with onions; drain. 1. Add sauce, water, dressing, and garlic. 1. Mix well and bring to boil. 1. Stir in noodles, cover. 1. Reduce heat to medium-low. 1. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes or until noodles are tender. 1. Remove from heat. 1. Stir in ricotta; top with mozzarella. 1. Cover, let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
