Meatball & Pepperoni Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box (12 oz) penne pasta
  • 2 jars marinara or other red pasta sauce
  • 1 c sliced pepperoni
  • 16 oz frozen meatballs
  • 2 c water
  • 1 (8 oz) package shredded Italian cheese blend

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine everything but cheese in pan (use water to rinse pasta jars)
  4. Cover pan with foil
  5. Bake 1 hour or until pasta is tender.
  6. Remove foil; sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
