Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 small ricotta
  • 6 Tbsp Parmesan
  • 1.5 c shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 3oz pkg pepperoni
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 c traditional pasta sauce
  • 1/2 c water
  • 8 oven-ready lasagna noodles

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Spray 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Mix egg, ricotta and parmesan in medium bowl; stir in 1 c mozzeralla
  4. Reserve 9 pepperoni.and 2 Tbsp onions.
  5. Quarter remaining pepperoni, place in separate medium bowl.
  6. Add pasta sauce, water, and remaining onions; mix well.
  7. Spread 1/2 c sauce onto bottom of prepared pan..
    1. Top with 2 lasagna noodles broken to fit.
    2. Top with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture.
    3. Top with 1/2 c sauce.
  8. Repeat layers twice.
  9. Top with noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and reserved onions and pepperoni.
  10. Cover with sprayed foil
  11. Bake 35 minutes; uncover, and bake 15 minutes longer.
  12. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
