Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna
INGREDIENTS
1 egg, beaten
1 small ricotta
6 Tbsp Parmesan
1.5 c shredded Mozzarella
1 3oz pkg pepperoni
1 onion, chopped
2 c traditional pasta sauce
1/2 c water
8 oven-ready lasagna noodles
PREPARATION
Heat oven to 375
Spray 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix egg, ricotta and parmesan in medium bowl; stir in 1 c mozzeralla
Reserve 9 pepperoni.and 2 Tbsp onions.
Quarter remaining pepperoni, place in separate medium bowl.
Add pasta sauce, water, and remaining onions; mix well.
Spread 1/2 c sauce onto bottom of prepared pan..
Top with 2 lasagna noodles broken to fit.
Top with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture.
Top with 1/2 c sauce.
Repeat layers twice.
Top with noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and reserved onions and pepperoni.
Cover with sprayed foil
Bake 35 minutes; uncover, and bake 15 minutes longer.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
