Pork Chops in Onion Gravy

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 c chopped onion
  • 1 c beef broth
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp flour

PREPARATION

  1. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Heat on medium-high.
  3. Cook chops about 6 minutes until brown on both sides.
  4. Remove pork chops, keep warm.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add onions and cook 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in broth and pepper.
  7. Return pork to skillet, spoon onion mixture over chops.
  8. Simmer 12 minutes or until pork is cooked.
  9. Mix milk and flour and add to skillet, cook 2-3 minutes until thickened.
