Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 baking potatoes, scrubbed
  • 4 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp jar garlic (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (optoinal)

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, lengthwise
  3. Place all ingredients on a sheet pan, then toss them by hand, making sure all the potatoes are covered with oil.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning after 20.
