Protein Bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 4.5 c quick oats
  • 1 1/3 c peanut butter
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 5 scoops vanilla whey powder

PREPARATION

  1. Line 13" x 9" pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk coconut cream until smooth
  3. Add whey powder, whisk until smooth
  4. Add peanut butter, stir with spoon.
  5. Add oats--may need to mix with hands.
  6. Flatten into prepared pan.
  7. Chill in fridge overnight.
  8. Cut into bars.
