Protein Bars
INGREDIENTS
4.5 c quick oats
1 1/3 c peanut butter
1 can coconut cream
5 scoops vanilla whey powder
PREPARATION
Line 13" x 9" pan with parchment.
Whisk coconut cream until smooth
Add whey powder, whisk until smooth
Add peanut butter, stir with spoon.
Add oats--may need to mix with hands.
Flatten into prepared pan.
Chill in fridge overnight.
Cut into bars.
