Pulled Pork
INGREDIENTS
1 pork butt/shoulder
1 bottle liquid smoke
Dry Rub
4 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
PREPARATION
Mix dry rub ingredients together and rub all over butt.
Place fat side up in roasting pan.
Pour liquid smoke all over and on bottom of pan.
Seal with three layers of foil.
Bake at 250 for 10 hours.
Take out bones and remove fat layer.
Shred and mix with juices from the bottom of the pan.
Serve over slaw.
