The Queenmaker's Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

• 12 large Medjool dates
• 8oz Mascarpone at room temp
• 1/2c whole almonds
• 1c powdered sugar

Preparation

1. Cut a slit in the side of each date and pit them.
2. Carefully fill each date with about 2tsp of cheese using a pastry bag(Or a ziplock with a snipped corner)
3. Add an almond to the center.
4. Roll dates in powdered sugar, and serve.
