---++ The Queenmaker's Stuffed Dates
---+++ Ingredients
   * 12 large Medjool dates
   * 8oz Mascarpone at room temp
   * 1/2c whole almonds
   * 1c powdered sugar
---+++ Preparation
   1. Cut a slit in the side of each date and pit them.
   1. Carefully fill each date with about 2tsp of cheese using a pastry bag(Or a ziplock with a snipped corner)
   1. Add an almond to the center.
   1. Roll dates in powdered sugar, and serve.
