Raspberry Fudge

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 c butter
  • 2/3 c evaporated milk
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/3 c seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 12-oz pkg semi-sweet chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 drops raspberry flavoring

PREPARATION

  1. Lightly grease 9" square pan
  2. Mix butter, sugar and milk in heavy saucepan.
  3. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly
  4. Stir in chips until melted; remove from heat.
  5. Add remaining ingredients
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Cool to room temperature.
  8. Cut into squares.
