Ingredients
2 onion, chopped |
2 bell pepper, chopped |
4 cloves garlic |
1 lg box vegetable broth |
2 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes |
2 can black beans |
2 can kidney beans |
1 lg can refried beans |
ground cumin |
Cook onion and pepper until tender, add garlic, broth and tomatoes. Rinse and drain black and kidney beans and add to the soup.
Add the refried beans and the cumin and cover and bring to a boil. Then cook until hot, about 5-7 minutes.
