Ingredients
1 onion, chopped |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
2 cloves garlic |
1 can vegetable broth |
1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes |
1 can black beans |
1 can kidney beans |
1 can refried beans |
ground cumin |
Cook onion and pepper until tender, add garlic, broth and tomatoes. Rinse and drain black and kidney beans and add to the soup, cover and bring to a boil.
Add the refried beans and the cumin, then cook until hot, about 5-7 minutes.
