Roasted Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup Balsamic Dressing with Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 lb mini carrots
  • 1 large red onion, cut in thick slices

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 425
  2. Mix dressing, sugar and thyme
  3. Combine veggies in 13" x 9" pan
  4. Add dressing; toss to coat
  5. Bake 40 minutes or until tender.
