Rosemary Garlic Pork Loin
INGREDIENTS
Pork Loin
2 cloves garlic minced (not jar)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp rosemary, mortared
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 c olive oil
sea salt
black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
PREPARATION
Mix together garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, rosemary and 1 Tbsp oil.
Place the pork loin in a 13" x 9" pan.
Spread seasoning over loin.
Refrigerate 4-6 hours.
With a sharp knife, cut into 10 or 12 slices.
Brush both sides of each slice with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high in mondo skillet.
Cook medallions 3-5 minutes per side.
