Salmon BBQ Zingers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box stuffing mix for chicken
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 2 5oz cans salmon
  • 1/4 c barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c finely chopped onion
  • 1 c finely shredded cheddar

PREPARATION

  1. Shape into 12 patties, using about 1/3 c mixture for each
  2. Place on foil-lined pan and refrigerate 2 hours
  3. Cook in mondo skillet in two batches over medium-high about 3 minutes per side.
