Salmon BBQ Zingers
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box stuffing mix for chicken
- 3/4 c water
- 1/3 c mayonnaise
- 2 5oz cans salmon
- 1/4 c barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 1 c finely shredded cheddar
PREPARATION
- Shape into 12 patties, using about 1/3 c mixture for each
- Place on foil-lined pan and refrigerate 2 hours
- Cook in mondo skillet in two batches over medium-high about 3 minutes per side.
