---++ Salmon BBQ Zingers 
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 box stuffing mix for chicken
   * 3/4 c water
   * 1/3 c mayonnaise
   * 2 5oz cans salmon
   * 1/4 c barbecue sauce
   * 1/2 c finely chopped onion
   * 1 c finely shredded cheddar
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Shape into 12 patties, using about 1/3 c mixture for each
   1. Place on foil-lined pan and refrigerate 2 hours
   1. Cook in mondo skillet in two batches over medium-high about 3 minutes per side.
