Stuffed Shells
INGREDIENTS
1 box spinach, thawed, squeezed
1 16-oz container cottage cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 egg white
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 c mozzarella shreds
20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked, cooled
1.5 c traditional pasta sauce
PREPARATION
Heat oven to 425
Combine spinach, cottage cheese, onion, egg white and dressing mix.
Stir in 1/2 c mozzarella.
Spread 3/4 c sauce in 13" x 9" baking pan.
Spoon spinach mixture into shells and place on sauce in pan.
Top with remaining sauce; sprinkle with 1/2 c mozzarella
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes; remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
