Sunday Gravy

INGREDIENTS

• 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
• 1 15 oz can tomato puree
• 2 Tbsp tomato paste
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, sliced
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp rosemary, mortared
• 3 strips orange zest
• 2 lbs pork, cut into chunks
• 1 lb beef, in one piece
• 3 pieces sweet Italian sausage
• 3 pieces hot Italian sausage

PREPARATION

1. In large crock, stir together everything but the meat.
2. Add meat and stir to coat
3. Cook on low for 7 hours or until meat is falling apart.
4. Serve over pasta.
