---++ Tot Dish ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 144 tater tots (about 6 c from a 28oz bag) * 1/4 c milk * 1 egg, slightly beaten * 2 c sharp cheddar * 1 lb ground beef * 8 oz sliced mushrooms, chopped * 1 tsp steak seasoning * 1/4 c ketchup * 1 tsp sriracha ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 425. Spray 12 regular muffin cups with cooking spray 1. Place 6 frozen tater tots in each muffin cup. Bake 20 minutes. 1. Cool 5 minutes. Use 2 paper towels to press down tater tots to make base for hot dish in each muffin cup. 1. In large bowl, mix milk and egg, stir in cheese, set aside. 1. In mondo skillet, cook beef until browned; drain. 1. Remove from skillet; set aside. 1. Wipe skillet clean. 1. Add mushrooms and steak seasoning to dry skillet; cook over medium-high 6-7 minutes, until browned, stirring frequently. 1. Remove from heat, cool 2 minutes. 1. Add beef and mushrooms to cheese mixture. Pour over potatoes in each muffin cup. 1. Top each cup with 6 more tater tots. 1. Place muffin pan on large baking sheet and bake for 32-34 minutes, until mixture is set and tater tots are browned. 1. Cool 15 minutes.
