Tuscan Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Tuscan seasoning

PREPARATION

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and Tuscan seasoning; place in slow cooker.
  2. Pour tomatoes over top.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.
  4. Serve with spaghetti squash.
