Veggie Cheese Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg california veggies
  • 2 cans broth
  • 3/4 lb process cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Put broth and veggies in red pot.
  2. Cover, bring to boil on medium-high; boil ten minutes.
  3. Mash or puree veggies to desired consistency
  4. Add cheese, cook 5 minutes or until melted.
