---++ Veggie Chicken Chowder
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 4 c chicken broth or stock
   * 2 chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
   * 1/2 c chopped onion
   * 1/2 c chopped bell pepper
   * 1/2 c chopped celery
   * 1/2 c chopped carrot or matchsticks
   * 1/2 c chopped zucchini
   * 2 cloves garlic, minced
   * 3/4 tsp thyme
   * 3/4 tsp marjoram
   * 1 bay leaf
   * 3/4 c milk
   * 2 Tbsp cornstarch
   * salt and pepper to taste
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Place everything but milk, cornstarch and salt and pepper in crock.
   1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
   1. Set to high, cook for 10 minutes
   1. Make a cornstarch milk slurry and add.
   1. Cook 5-10 minutes till slightly thickened.
   1. Salt and pepper to taste.
