Watermelon Fudge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 12-oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • 1/2-1 tsp watermelon flavoring
  • pink and green food coloring
  • 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

PREPARATION

  1. Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray
  2. Melt chips in microwave in 15 second bursts.
  3. Stir in frosting and flavor.
  4. Measure out 3/4 c mixture and tint green
  5. Spread in prepared pan; freeze 5 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, measure 1/2 c mixture; reserve.
  7. Tint remaining mixture pink.
  8. Spread white mixture on green mixture; freeze 5 minutes.
  9. Spread pink mixture over white mixture; sprinkle with mini-chips, pressing lightly.
  10. Chill for 30 minutes before cutting into triangles.
