Wilted Spinach with Garlic and Oil

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb spinach
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 tsp jar garlic
  • 2 Tbsp EVOO

PREPARATION

  1. Heat pan on medium. When hot, add olive oil. Tilt pan to coat.
  2. Add garlic, cook for one minute.
  3. Add spinach in bunches. Toss with tongs, when it's wilted, add in more.
  4. When almost wilted, add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
