Antipasto Mason Jar Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 5 quart mason jars
- 7.5 Tbsp olive oil and vinegar dressing
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
- 15 pepperoncini, stems cut off
- 5 thin slices each: salami, sandwich pepperoni, capicola, prosciutto, provolone
- 3 c greens
PREPARATION
- Layer ingredients in order listed in mason jars.
- When ready to eat, shake and pour into a bowl.
