---++ Antipasto Mason Jar Salad
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 5 quart mason jars
   * 7.5 Tbsp olive oil and vinegar dressing
   * 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
   * 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
   * 3 jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
   * 15 pepperoncini, stems cut off
   * 5 thin slices each: salami, sandwich pepperoni, capicola, prosciutto, provolone
   * 3 c greens
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Layer ingredients in order listed in mason jars.
   1. When ready to eat, shake and pour into a bowl.
