Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

• 16 ounces softened cream cheese
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Pepper, to taste
• 1 cup chopped pecans

PREPARATION

1. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
2. Mix well with hand mixer until smooth
3. Mix in cheese, cover bowl and chill
4. Shape into ball
5. Roll cheese ball in chopped pecans
6. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving
