---++ Cheese Ball
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 16 ounces softened cream cheese
   * 1/3 cup sour cream
   * 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
   * 1/2 tsp garlic powder
   * 1/2 tsp onion powder
   * Pepper, to taste
   * 1 cup chopped pecans
---+++ PREPARATION
   1 In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
   1 Mix well with hand mixer until smooth
   1 Mix in cheese, cover bowl and chill
   1 Shape into ball
   1 Roll cheese ball in chopped pecans
   1 Refrigerate at least an hour before serving
