---++ Ham Shank
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * shank half-ham
---+++ PREPARATION
   1 Heat oven to 350.
   1 Remove ham from package.
   1 Pat dry with paper towels.
   1 Place on rack in roasting pan, pointed end up.
   1 Cover with foil.
   1 Bake 15 minutes per pound or until 145 on meat thermometer.
   1 Place on platter and cover with foil tent ... let rest 15-20 minutes.
