Lentil Soup
Ingredients
1 lb bulk sausage |
2 onions, chopped |
2 packets jamon |
1 lbs lentils |
water |
salt to taste |
Cook onion with sausage until sausage is brown. Add 8 cups water and the jamon.
Rinse and pick over the lentils to make sure there are no stones. Add to the pot and bring to a boil. Cook 20 or so minutes until lentils are the consistency you want. Add salt to taste.
